It is a very involved process to be able to distill essential oils. Yes you can! It’s my all time favourite and most safe way to diffuse a scent. Just be sure to mix them with some water. You never want to put a flame to any type of oil including fragrance or essential, as oils are flammable. Plug in diffusers that you put water and oil in together that mist the scent into your room are one of the safest ways to enjoy.
